Zealand University Hospital

The ambitious project will cost 4 billion DKK and is planned to be finished by 2024.
It will make the hospital the center for specialized treatment in the region.

The Zealand University Hospital was established in 2016 and is the newest university hospital in Denmark. With constant focus on the patient and quality of treatment provided, the hospital plays a vital role in Region Zealand’s hospital plan as it is the place that will define a better way of operating health care.

At the moment, impressive construction work is being done at the Zealand University Hospital in Køge which by 2024 will be three times the size it is today. The goal is to make the hospital the center of specialized treatment in the region.
