Pia Buch Nørgaard

Pia qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2014. Through her clinical work, she developed a strong interest in research and quality improvement, which led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Nursing, completed in 2018.

Since then, she has worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, focusing on the development and improvement of clinical practice, staff education and training, and the management of projects from conception to implementation. Her primary professional interests are research and education, and she is committed to advancing evidence-based practice and supporting professional development within healthcare.
