Camilla Kjelkvist-Born

I graduated as a Medical Doctor in 2021 and have since worked primarily in abdominal surgery. I am currently employed as a PhD student at CSS.

My PhD project focuses on comparing single-use and reusable gastroscopes, with a particular focus on their clinical performance in the operating room.

The project is part of the EU-funded Interreg project Sustainable Use of Single-Use Endoscopes (SUSUES), which investigates three key aspects of single-use endoscope implementation: clinical impact, environmental sustainability, and economic sustainability.
