Andre is a PhD Fellow in the Department of Surgery at Zealand University Hospital. He has gained broad clinical experience across surgical departments, emergency medicine, outpatient clinics, inpatient care, and operating theatres in both Denmark and Australia. His professional focus is on improving patient care and contributing to better healthcare outcomes through clinical practice and research.
In addition to his clinical and academic work, he has experience with clinical research methodologies and data management platforms, including Stata, REDCap/RedHat, and Covidence.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys kitesurfing, cooking, and spending time with his family and pets.
