Organization

The organization of the consortium represents the need for a transdisciplinary group with strong ties to the international scientific community, as well as a solid foundation in the clinic to enable well-planned, meticulous data-collection and execution of research protocols. In the steering committee, both pre-clinical and clinical research experience is represented, and from both surgery and oncology. We have therefore organized a steering committee consisting of Prof. Ismail Gögenur, Prof. Julie Gehl from the Dept. of Oncology, ZUH and Prof. Jesper Troelsen from Roskilde University Center. In the steering committee, we have Ph.D. Tove Kirkegaard Clausen as a research coordinator. This steering committee meets on a monthly basis ensuring that milestones are reached according to the work packages.
