I have been a medical laboratory technician since 2001, with my last practice in physiological and nuclear medicine. I have been working with research, especially molecular biology and have a broad knowledge of DNA isolation, analysis and sequencing. I have participated in studies on big population groups, both regarding cancer and other big population diseases. I have performed screenings on BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes (breast cancer) for diagnostic and research purposes. I have a big experience in the areas of growing cell’s, cell-based Bioassay’s and ELISA. For many years, I have written SOP’s for all kinds of laboratory procedures.
