Aim<\/strong>: This study aims to explore the experience of living with anal incontinence and its effects on quality of life and sexuality.<\/p>

From January 2025, the theme of Sexual Health is included as part of patient education. Furthermore, it will be possible to book appointments in the outpatient clinic for individual consultations about sexual health.<\/p>

Aim:<\/strong> To compare a continuous glucose monitoring system to fingerstick monitoring in general surgical wards. The primary outcome measures are glucose levels and patient satisfaction. Additionally, the aim is to investigate the nursing staff\u2019s workload on glucose regulation, as well as patients’ and nursing staff\u2019s in-depth experiences of the two glucose monitoring methods.<\/p>

Status<\/strong>: Project start: May 2024 \u2013 Data collection end: Late 2025<\/p>

The second part of the study, involving the continuous glucose monitoring system with a sensor and a scanner, began January 2025.

Aim<\/strong>: This initiative aims to develop a sustainable model for recruiting and retaining registered nurses in clinical practice by enhancing their academic and clinical competencies and securing organizational commitment through nurse leaders and senior nurse researchers.<\/p>

Status<\/strong>: Project start: Early 2023 \u2013 Data collection end: Mid 2029<\/p>

The third and final team of students will start the 4-year Master’s education in September 2025. Evaluations from students and nurse leaders will be collected until the last class completes the program in June 2029.

Aim:<\/strong> The project explores significant aspects of rehabilitation from a patient perspective to support coping with biopsychosocial challenges, optimise functioning in everyday life and work, and navigate regional and municipal healthcare and job centers. It also focuses on barriers and facilitators to cross-sectoral collaboration from a professional perspective.<\/p>
